Internship with IERP® We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media and Digital Marketing Intern to support the planning, execution and monitoring of our digital initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing brand presence across multiple platforms and contributing to performance-driven marketing campaigns.  Key Responsibilities: -Assist in content planning, scheduling and publishing across LinkedIn, Facebook and other relevant platforms. -Support the creation of copy, captions and basic visual content aligned with campaign objectives and brand tone. -Monitor audience engagement, flag key conversations and assist in responding to comments or inquiries. -Conduct competitor and trend research to inform content ideas and social strategies. -Assist in preparing performance reports, tracking key metrics such as reach, engagement, and paid campaign performance. -Coordinate with the design and events teams to ensure cohesive content delivery. -Assist in data cleaning and monitor EDM analytics and groups.
