-Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and offer negotiation. -Work closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and job requirements. -Use multiple sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, etc.) to attract quality candidates. -Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. -Conduct phone screens, initial interviews, and coordinate technical/departmental interviews. -Prepare job descriptions and hiring advertisements in line with branding guidelines. -Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate communication. -Manage offer letters, LOAs, and ensure timely onboarding and documentation. -Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports using HR systems or spreadsheets. -Support employer branding efforts through social media hiring campaigns and job fairs. -Assist in onboarding, orientation, and HR documentation where needed.
