-Issue accurate Purchase Orders (PO) based on requests and ensure timely delivery. -Liaise with suppliers to negotiate pricing, lead time, and payment terms. -Monitor and follow up on outstanding POs and supplier performance. -Maintain multiple supplier options to manage stock and quality issues. -Verify invoices against POs and coordinate with Accounts for payment. -Handle returns, defective claims, and sourcing of alternative items. -Work closely with internal teams to meet project schedules. -Keep ERP and ISO reports up to date. -Support any procurement-related tasks as assigned.
