Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions for MarketSense ICT’s marketing automation, content management, and customer engagement platforms. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to build intelligent systems that enhance decision-making, personalize user experiences, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities -AI Model Development – Design, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for applications in NLP, predictive analytics, and recommendation systems. -Data Pipeline and Architecture – Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for real-time and batch processing using modern frameworks and cloud environments. -Product Integration – Deploy AI models into production within existing products (e.g., Marketer365, content management tools) using MLOps best practices. -Research and Innovation – Stay ahead of AI trends such as generative AI, LLMs, and vector search, proposing new features and improvements. -Performance Optimization – Ensure AI systems are accurate, efficient, explainable, and secure. -Mentorship – Guide junior engineers and data scientists, ensuring best practices in coding, model development, and deployment. -Collaboration – Work closely with product managers, designers, and software engineers to align AI solutions with business goals.
