What's for you to learn? -Hands-on experience in branding, marketing campaigns, and PR events. -How to manage real customer interactions and uphold a premium brand voice. -End-to-end execution of brand activations, from ideation to launch. -Building relationships with media, influencers, and partners. -Practical exposure to market research, competitor analysis, and campaign reporting. What you'll be doing? -Assist in creating, organizing, and updating brand materials (brochures, catalogues, presentation decks, press kits, digital content etc.) -Support the planning and execution of brand activations, marketing campaigns, and media events from brainstorming ideas to seeing them come to life. -Help craft and proofread engaging content for social media, POSM, email newsletters, and other communication channels. -Monitor social media and media coverage, track campaign performance, and share key insights with the team. -Assist the team in managing inquiries received via email, phone, and social media, ensuring all communication is prepared in a warm, professional, and brand consistent manner -Assist in coordinating customer appointments, showroom visits, and follow-up communications. -Gather customer feedback and insights to help us continuously improve. -Build and maintain our partner, media and celebrities/influencer contact lists. -Research market trends, competitors, and industry news to inspire fresh branding ideas. -Support day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks that keep projects running smoothly.
