We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Events Intern to join our Events Team. This role is perfect for students or fresh graduates who are passionate about event planning, marketing, and creating memorable experiences. You will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of event coordination, from planning to execution, and work closely with our team to deliver high-quality events.  Job Scope -Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events (physical, virtual, and hybrid). -Support the team in preparing event timelines, schedules, and logistics. -Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners for event requirements. -Assist in creating event materials such as signage, name tags, presentations, and promotional items. -Support on-site event setup, registration, ushering, and post-event teardown. -Assist in social media updates and digital promotions related to events. -Conduct post-event evaluations and compile feedback reports. -Perform administrative tasks such as database updates, email communications, and filing.
