Job Description B2B Leads Management -Manage and organize B2B leads database (corporate, vendor, and HORECA clients). -Track, monitor, and follow up on leads to support sales conversion. -Coordinate with sales team to provide updated lead reports and insights. -Segment leads for targeted EDM and WhatsApp campaigns. Content Planning and Execution -Plan and schedule EDM campaigns, WhatsApp blasts, and corporate communication. -Develop engaging content aligned with campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and client needs. -Collaborate with the sales team to craft content that supports lead nurturing. -Analyze campaign performance and provide improvement recommendations. Creative Design and Video Editing -Design and create digital assets including graphics, GIFs, short videos, and visuals for campaigns. -Edit and produce videos for product highlights, sales pitches, or event promotions. -Ensure all creative outputs are consistent with the company’s branding and tone. -Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee as necessary.
