Job Summary: We are looking for a data-driven and creative Marketing Performance Specialist to manage and optimize our TikTok and Facebook advertising campaigns. You will be responsible for planning, executing, analyzing, and scaling paid marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Key Responsibilities: -Plan, set up, and manage performance marketing campaigns across TikTok Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram). -Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for better ROI, CTR, and conversion rates. -Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad placements to identify best-performing combinations. -Work closely with the creative team to produce high-performing ad visuals and copywriting that align with campaign goals. -Analyze campaign data, generate reports, and present insights with actionable recommendations. -Stay updated on the latest platform algorithms, ad trends, and best practices. -Manage ad budgets efficiently and ensure maximum results within allocated spend. -Collaborate with the sales and content teams to align paid campaigns with overall marketing strategy.
