Key Responsibilities:- -Customer Support: Provide timely online and onsite support to hospital and nursing home clients. -Project Implementation: Coordinate with contractors for site wiring, installation, and setup of system components. -Hardware and Software Preparation: Configure servers, sensors, and network devices prior to deployment. -Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct pre-deployment and post-deployment system testing to ensure smooth operation. -Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, network, and software. -Documentation: Maintain project and support records for tracking and reporting purposes.
