Key Responsibilities: -Assist in managing the optimizing marine operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and excellence in service delivery. -Support the planning and execution of logistics and supply chain activities for timely, cost-effective delivery. - Assist in ensuring compliance with maritime regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols. - Maintain strong client and vendor relationships; assist in rate negotiations and service improvements. - Providing quality management and regional support to offices within Malaysia. - Support budget planning, cost monitoring, and implementation of cost-control measures. - Oversee specific aspects of marine operations, including equipment control, transshipment, and outport activities. - Monitor vessel berthing performance, container utilization, and operational KPIs. - Prepare and submit required operational reports in coordination with the Manager. - Contribute to projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and productivity.
