Receive recognition for your performance -Career Growth: Opportunities for advancement -Full set of Macbook and Iphone provided  -Location : Jaya One, Petaling Jaya  -Convenient Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (Flexible Working Hour),Monday to Friday (1 day WFH) Responsibilities -Work with the SEO team to develop google marketing projects (SEO, SEM and Website Development) that align with client objectives and deliver measurable results. -Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client queries, resolving issues, and maintaining regular communication via phone, email, or meetings. -Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout all project stages, ensuring clear communication and timely updates on progress, performance, and results. -Present campaign ideas, project updates, and performance reports as per Operating Standards or client requests. -Coordinate internal resources and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.   What We're Seeking: -Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. -Must have experience in client servicing, managing accounts, project management and ensuring client satisfaction. -Preferred to have basic SEO knowledge,  understand keywords ranking, Meta tags, Heading Format -Preferred to have 1 -3 year of working experience in digital marketing marketing/  SEO / SEM / Web development campaign management. -Good to have experience in Marketing Agency background. - Ability to meet deadlines and outstanding time management skill. - Excellent presentation skills with strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is required to handle our Chinese Clients.
