We’re looking for a driven intern with a keen interest or basic understanding of real estate, client servicing, and administrative work. What You’ll Do: -Attend general enquiries from homeowners via phone calls, emails, text messages, or walk-ins. -Support the Client Relations team in logging and tracking owner queries, key collections, defect reports, and renovation updates. -Assist in preparing basic documents, checklists, and reports for internal circulation. -Maintain filing systems, key storage, and documentation related to project operations. -Support the team during joint inspections and handovers at Maya Ara. -Assist with additional ad-hoc tasks as required. Working Arrangement: On-Site at Maya Ara.
