As the Maintenance Executive at Cozyhomes (part of The Makeover Guys), you will ensure that our unit is in tip top condition. You will focus on coordinating, hands-on work, and client servicing. Hit the apply button even if you are not from the interior industry!  What You’ll Do: -Coordinate with the technicians, clients, tenants, and building management to carry out maintenance work -Work on processing warranty claims  -Conduct site inspection and perform minor repair work (eg. plumbing and wiring; training will be provided) -Schedule, apply permit, and make quotations  -Schedule for repairing work, site inspection and restaging work -Oversee and monitor projects to ensure they are completed on time Working Arrangement: On-site.
