Responsibilities: -Operate, configure, and administer central IT Service Operation tools with a focus on Event Management. -Build, maintain, and monitor interfaces to Configuration and Service Management systems. -Manage infrastructure across test, integration, and production environments (including patch management, high availability, and license handling). -Perform testing, deployment, and release activities within the Application Management lifecycle. -Develop and maintain automation and monitoring solutions using scripting (Python, Groovy, or similar languages). -Support the integration and operation of Kubernetes clusters within the service environment. -Collaborate closely with other IT teams within Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
