Key Responsibilities: 1) Publisher Recruitment:  -Identify, source, and qualify publishers (content, social, media buyers, communities, cashback, and other distribution partners.) aligned with specific advertiser objectives and verticals. -Match publishers to advertiser requirements (traffic source, audience, geography, content type, scale). -Build and maintain a structured pipeline of potential publishers. 2) Onboarding and Activation: -Facilitate end-to-end onboarding of new publishers, ensuring fast time-to-first-click and first conversion.  -Educate publishers on Involve Asia tools, tracking, creatives, and campaign mechanics. 3) Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: -Work closely with Advertiser Solutions and Marketing to align recruitment priorities.  -Communicate effectively with stakeholders from operational teams to senior leadership. 4) Performance Monitoring -Track publisher performance metrics (clicks, conversions, GMV, EPC). -Identify underperforming or high-potential publishers and recommend optimization actions. -Share insights and feedback loops with internal teams to improve campaign outcomes. 5) Opportunity Identification and Engagement Growth -Identify upsell or expansion opportunities (exclusive partnerships, campaign pushes, special placements).  -Proactively deepen publisher engagement through campaigns, incentives, and strategic collaborations.  -Contribute ideas to improve publisher retention and long-term activity on the platform.
