What You Will Learn and Do (Key Responsibilities) This role focuses on meticulous back-end support and deep process learning, ensuring accuracy across all departments: Assurance -Assist the team with tasks such as verification of transactions and preparation of documentation. -Support the assurance team in statutory audit engagements, including preparing working papers and checking financial records. -Learn to identify and flag discrepancies and risks, requiring a high degree of precision and critical thinking. Corporate Secretarial: -Support the preparation of statutory documents, filings, and board/member resolutions as required by the Companies Act 2016. -Assist in maintaining and verifying statutory records and registers using our Officio software. Accounting -Gain practical experience in financial data entry, document control, and record keeping, utilizing cloud accounting software like Bukku. Tax -Assist with the preparation of tax compliance documents, including supporting paperwork for filings via software like iBizz.
