-Responsible for all accounting functions and tasks. -To supervise and provide support to team members from time to time to ensure daily operations of the accounting department run smoothly. -Continuously strengthen accounting internal controls, process improvement and implement best practices. -Review daily payment and 3Review AR, AP and payment postings to ensure all records are accurate. -To ensure completeness of documents and proper filing. -Organize work schedules to meet monthly closing deadlines. -Perform bank reconciliation. -Posting of monthly payroll, prepayment, accrual entries, diesel record and petty cash. -Prepare monthly Debit Notes. -Prepare oversea suppliers account reconciliation and submit monthly payments to bank. -Perform administrative tasks and any other duties as assigned by Management.
