We are looking for a creative and digitally savvy Social Media cum Design Executive to join our FMCG team! You'll be at the heart of our brand's digital presence, supporting campaigns, content creation, and creative execution across platforms. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Social Media Management -Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms -Write engaging captions, copies, and campaign messaging -Monitor and manage day-to-day social media interactions including comments, messages, and engagement Content Creation -Produce and edit short-form video content such as Reels and TikToks for campaigns and product launches -Contribute creative ideas aligned with trending topics, brand campaigns, and brand positioning Campaign and Performance Support -Assist in setting up and monitoring digital campaigns and social media ads -Track and compile key performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks) and generate basic insights reports Creative and Design -Design marketing collaterals including product visuals, POSM, event materials, and packaging adaptations -Ensure all creative outputs are consistent with brand guidelines and visual identity Coordination and Execution -Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative team to support campaigns, promotions, and festive activations [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-loob-holding-sdn-bhd-job-social-media-cum-design-executive] ; Requirements:-  Educational Background: -Diploma or Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field. Experience: -1 - 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, social media content creation, or digital marketing. Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply. Technical Skills: -Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (essential) -Familiar with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut) -Basic understanding of AI-based design tools (e.g., Canva AI, Midjourney, etc.) is a plus -Language Skills: -Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (copywriting and content creation).
