JOB DESCRIPTION : -Achieve company and outlet KIPs and target -Good customers service – provide excellent and professional service to customers -Interacts effectively with customer in delivering product information and completing sales transactions. -Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards -Responsible for outlet operation tasks such as cashiering, stock management, merchandising, etc -Recommend products according to customer needs. -Creative display of products according to the market trend. -Maintain a pleasant shopping environment by ensuring a clean, tidy, and well-organized display -Provide an accurate and appropriate wholesome solution to customers. -Continuous learning and improvement on product knowledge. -Ensure outlet has a healthy inventory with minimal short expiry items. -Assist in handle any other ad hoc duties from time to time when is required.
