Role Summary: As Myra’s Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a welcoming and professional experience. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining a positive impression of the organization and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Key Responsibilities: -Managing Incoming Calls: -Answering and directing incoming phone calls promptly and professionally. -Providing information and assistance to callers as needed. -Managing Meeting Room Schedules: -Coordinating and scheduling meeting rooms to accommodate internal meetings, client visits, and other events. -Ensuring meeting rooms are set up with necessary equipment and materials prior to scheduled meetings. -Managing changes to meeting schedules and communicating updates to relevant parties. -Ensuring Office Maintenance and Upkeep: -Monitoring and reporting any maintenance issues or repairs needed within the office. -Coordinating with building management or external vendors to address maintenance concerns promptly. -Performing regular inspections of common areas to ensure cleanliness and organization. -Ensuring Office Maintenance and Upkeep: -Monitoring and reporting any maintenance issues or repairs needed within the office. -Coordinating with building management or external vendors to address maintenance concerns promptly. -Performing regular inspections of common areas to ensure cleanliness and organization. -Administrative Support: -Assisting with administrative tasks such as sorting mail, coordinating deliveries, and managing office supplies. -Supporting other departments with clerical tasks as needed. -Assisting in the organization and execution of company events or special projects.   Interested? Able to quickly adapt to internal tools and processes. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail -Must consistently report on time for shift (8:30 AM start). No tolerance for habitual lateness as this role anchors daily office operations.  -Well-groomed, confident, and able to represent the company front-facing. Speaks clearly and professionally with guests, clients, and internal teams.  -Able to handle multiple walk-ins, calls, and requests simultaneously while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.  -Naturally helpful, responsive, and attentive while understands that front desk experience reflects the company’s brand.
