-Handle taking-off quantities and measurements from drawings and site works, mainly for structural elements. -Prepare and manage progress claims and variation orders for both subcontractors and clients. -Assist in subcontractor price analysis, tender analysis, cost estimation, and BOQ preparation (pre and post tender). -Verify site progress, measurements, and subcontractor claims with project/site teams.
