Butiran Pekerjaan
- Assist the team to plan, develop, execute and coordinate all efforts related to marketing and branding online & offline include setting up marketing team SOP.
- Work closely with the team and be responsible for all marketing campaigns (A&P) across all digital platforms and social medias such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Analytics etc.
- Work with the Team to develop the landing pages and online sales funnels to boost ecommerce.
- Work & participate with Training Team for live programme on facebook and other social media in supporting company's strategies plan.
- Work with the Team to set monthly budgets for paid traffic and lead generation towards KPIs achievement for the company.
- Set strategies and tactics to optimize funnels based on split testing, pricing and others.
- Manage marketing campaigns (roadshow, members day, loyalty compaign, anniversary, festive seasons etc) and it's related activities on Facebook, Instagram, Google Analytics etc.
- Handle and conceptualize new on-site ideas to create the best users experience on all digital platforms include ecommerce.
- Determine the segmentation strategy for online traffic and email lists.
- Enhance websites and social networking traffic with necessary graphic design creation and content writing for advertisement on website and others advertising platform.
Keperluan
- At least 5 years working experience in Digital marketing, events & roadshow planning etc.
- Diploma in graphic design or proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and creative in content writing for advertisement in the social media.
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Self-motivated, discipline, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Creative and innovative.
