Butiran Pekerjaan

Receive, unload, and store incoming goods.
Inspect items (including chemicals) for condition, labeling, and regulatory compliance.
Report any defects or discrepancies to Purchasing.
Ensure timely GRN processing (same day / next working day before 12pm if after 5pm).
Notify users and distribute goods within 2 working days after GRN approval.
Maintain accurate stock records and reconcile with system (IBAS).
Follow FIFO/FEFO inventory practices.
Conduct monthly stock counts.
Ensure compliance with company, safety, and environmental standards.
Support internal and external audits.
Report any environmental risks or unsafe activities.
Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.

Keperluan

Qualifications

Minimum post-secondary education.
1–2 years of relevant working experience (preferably in manufacturing industry).
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Good communication skills and able to work with cross-department teams.
Responsible, committed, and a strong team player.
