Butiran Pekerjaan

Source, identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and continuous supply.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to achieve the best value for the Company.
Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent stock shortages or overstock situations.
Process purchase requests, obtain quotations, and issue Purchase Orders (PO).
Follow up with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
Evaluate suppliers' performance periodically to ensure compliance with the Company's requirements and quality standards.
Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, purchase transaction records, purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, and other related records.
Monitor market trends, pricing, suppliers, and alternative sourcing opportunities to improve procurement efficiency and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.
Resolve supplier-related issues, delivery discrepancies, and procurement matters in a timely and professional manner.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.

Keperluan

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or an equivalent qualification.
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory control, or supply chain.
Hands-on experience in supplier sourcing, stock count, and inventory control is required.
Experience in price negotiation, vendor management, and procurement processes will be an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
Strong negotiation, communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Well-organised, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Applicants must be willing to work at Taman Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
Mandarin is preferred as the role requires communication with Mandarin-speaking suppliers.
