We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Executive, Supply Chain to manage and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations within our food manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in third-party logistics (3PL), inventory management, procurement, and demand planning. This role is critical in ensuring efficient supply chain processes, cost optimization, and alignment with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1) Supply Chain Management

• Oversee and manage the full spectrum of supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor overall supply chain performance and implement improvements where necessary.

2) 3PL & Logistics Coordination

• Collaborate closely with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to optimize transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Ensure timely delivery and efficient logistics operations.

3) Inventory Control & Demand Planning

• Monitor stock levels and maintain optimal inventory to support production requirements.
• Conduct demand forecasting and planning to ensure smooth operations and avoid stock shortages or excess.

4) Procurement & Vendor Management

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and monitor supplier performance.

5) Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure all supply chain activities comply with food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Maintain proper documentation and adherence to quality standards.

6) Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with production, warehouse, and sales teams to align supply chain activities with business goals.
• Support coordination across departments to ensure smooth operations.
