We’re seeking a Business Analyst who isn’t just about collecting requirements, but who is passionate about measuring success through outcomes. From discovery to testing to impact tracking, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our AI Agents deliver real business value.

The Role
As a Business Analyst, you’ll connect business goals to AI capabilities, making sure every solution we deploy not only works but moves the needle for our clients. You’ll partner with stakeholders to define success, validate through testing, and track adoption and results.

What You’ll Do

• Outcome First – Translate client problems into measurable outcomes and ensure every AI Agent solution delivers tangible business results.
• Discover & Define – Understand client challenges deeply, and co-design AI Agent use cases that create efficiency, automation, and growth.
• Solution Shaping – Work with developers to align AI Agent workflows and integrations with client needs, focusing on value, not just features.
• Testing & Validation – Actively participate in functional testing, UAT, and outcome validation to ensure solutions meet agreed business goals.
• Continuous Optimization – Analyze adoption metrics, feedback, and performance data to recommend refinements for greater impact.
• Communicate Impact – Document not just requirements but also business outcomes achieved, turning project results into client success stories
