This internship provides opportunities to gain hands-on experience in supporting our HR initiatives and fostering a positive organizational culture. Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will be expected to: -Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, career pages and social networks. -Assist in screening potential employee resumes to identify suitable candidates. -Conduct initial phone screenings and assist in scheduling interviews. -Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to secure pipelines for strong candidates. -Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company. -Participate in career fairs, and employee branding initiatives to promote our employer brand. -Work with the People team to enhance data management as needed.
