RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Employee Experience and Business Support -Support the organization of company events such as employee engagement programmes, town hall meetings, client meetings, training sessions etc. -Coordinate with office management and service providers to maintain office facilities and ensure smooth daily administrative operations, including managing document and equipment delivery with dispatch staff. -Collaborate effectively with the team to support office management tasks, ensuring a positive and meaningful employee experience. -Assist with ad-hoc tasks and requests as they arise, ensuring timely and effective handling of unexpected duties that support overall business operations. 2. Employee Data and Information Management -Maintain and update employee data in the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) with accuracy and timeliness. -Support HR data analysis by compiling and synthesizing relevant data for recruitment, retention, and workforce productivity reporting. 3. Employee Inbound and Outbound Journey -Coordinate and deliver an excellent onboarding experience for new employees, including data entry into HRMS, preparation of work equipment, and answering queries related to company policies. -Support the offboarding process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of exit formalities, including document processing, and work equipment return. 4. Recruitment -Manage the in-house recruitment portal, filter candidates, and support the hiring process by coordinating assessments and interviews.
