RESPONSIBILITIES -Employee Experience and Business Support -Support the organization of company events such as employee engagement programmes, town hall meetings, client meetings, training programmes etc. -Assist with the upkeep of office facilities by coordinating with building management and service providers for repairs and maintenance, under supervision. -Coordinate with Office Runner/ Dispatch Staff to manage the daily administrative schedules, ensuring timely delivery and receipt of documents and equipment. -Collaborate effectively with the team to support office management tasks, ensuring a positive and meaningful employee experience. 2. Employee Data and Information Management -Maintain and update employee data in the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) with accuracy and timeliness. -Support HR data analysis by compiling and synthesizing relevant data for recruitment, retention, and workforce productivity reporting. 3. Employee Inbound and Outbound Journey -Coordinate and deliver an excellent onboarding experience for new employees, including data entry into HRMS, preparation of work equipment, and answering queries related to company policies. -Support the offboarding process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of exit formalities, including document processing, and work equipment return. 4. Recruitment -Administer our in-house recruitment portal. -Support the hiring process by coordinating in-house assessments and interviews.
