We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive to join our Organizational Development and Admin team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth HR operations, supporting employee lifecycle management, and fostering a positive workplace culture that reflects our company values. Key Responsibilities HR Operations and Administration -Manage daily HR administrative tasks including documentation, filing, and employee records. -Assist in payroll processing (preparation, data verification, coordination). -Support onboarding and offboarding processes (letters, induction, exit documentation). -Maintain and update HR systems and databases. Recruitment Support -Assist in job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination. -Liaise with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process. Employee Engagement and Culture -Support planning and execution of engagement initiatives (events, celebrations, team-building). -Assist in employee surveys and feedback collection. -Promote a positive work environment aligned with company values. -Support internal communications and HR announcements.
