Administration Officer

Job Description

  -To update and ensure proper documentation/arrangement/storage of all design, construction, tender and building drawings according to ISO requirement. -To assist in general clerical duties including coordinate meetings, typing and circulate internal memo and correspondences -Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, maintain the general filing system as per ISO requirement -To screen and forward incoming calls to the relevant party -To execute any other job responsibilities as and when required by the superior or any other persons designated by the Company.
