Role Summary: As Myra’s Culture Intern (Recruitment) , you will be supporting the recruitment and cultural initiatives within the company. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: -Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring activities. -Contribute to building and promoting the employer brand through social media, job boards, and other recruitment channels. -Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing orientation materials, coordinating orientation sessions, and assisting with paperwork. -Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and assist in generating recruitment-related reports.
