We are currently hiring a Creative Content & Klaviyo Specialist to support one of our international lifestyle e-commerce clients. This role plays a critical part in managing email marketing campaigns, producing high-quality creative assets, and ensuring consistent visual branding across digital platforms. This position is ideal for candidates with strong creative design capabilities, email marketing experience using Klaviyo, and a passion for delivering visually compelling content in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Marketing Management (Klaviyo)

• Manage and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, including planning, designing, building, and scheduling campaigns and automated flows
• Develop and maintain email templates aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
• Create and manage customer segmentation to improve campaign targeting and engagement
• Monitor and optimize email performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
• Ensure all email communications are visually appealing, technically accurate, and aligned with brand tone and messaging.

Creative Content Development & Digital Design

• Design high-quality digital assets for email marketing, website content, and social media platforms
• Create visually engaging graphics that align with brand identity and marketing campaigns
• Maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints and marketing channels
• Develop creative content to support product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns

Paid Social Media & Motion Graphics

• Design static and animated creatives for paid advertising on platforms such as Meta, Instagram, and TikTok
• Produce motion graphics, animated content, and short-form video edits to support marketing initiatives
• Create GIFs and engaging visual elements to enhance email and social media campaigns
• Ensure creative assets are optimized for performance and audience engagement

Visual Storytelling & Brand Development

• Select, edit, and enhance lifestyle imagery to reflect brand identity and positioning
• Translate brand messaging into visually compelling creative assets
• Support brand storytelling efforts through engaging and aesthetically consistent content
• Ensure all creative outputs align with brand standards and visual direction

Collaboration & Project Coordination

• Work closely with the Head of Brand & Creative to execute creative strategies and campaigns
• Participate in creative planning, brainstorming, and campaign development
• Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards
• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely delivery
