Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager – Finstock to lead sales performance, drive business growth, and manage key accounts across global markets. This is a mid-to-senior leadership role responsible for achieving revenue, margin, and volume targets while ensuring long-term business sustainability through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Performance
- Lead and drive sales targets for the Finstock division (volume, revenue, and margin)
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives
- Ensure sustainable business growth through effective planning and implementation
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify and develop new customer opportunities and markets (local & international)
- Participate in new product, solution, and regional business development initiatives
- Support expansion strategies through market penetration and customer acquisition
Key Account & Export Management
- Manage key accounts and export markets to achieve business objectives
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide value-added solutions
- Ensure timely collection of receivables and maintain healthy account performance
Market Intelligence & Analysis
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Provide insights on opportunities, threats, and business direction
- Prepare market reports and recommendations for management
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team for long-term performance
- Work closely with internal teams (Business Development, Finance, Technical, R&D, Procurement)
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration to achieve business goals
Operational & Strategic Support
- Oversee new product costing, proposal preparation, and order management
- Ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers
- Prepare short-term and long-term business development plans
Travel Requirement
Manage approximately 40% global travel as required
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field (Master’s is an advantage)
- Strong experience in manufacturing / B2B industries (electronics, HVAC, automotive preferred)
- Proven experience in sales leadership, key account management, and business development
- Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems and AI-driven tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
