Position: Purchasing Executive

Location: Port Klang, Selangor

Responsibilities:

• Source materials, services, equipment, and products and liaise with relevant departments to maintain adequate supplies.
• Compare and assess quotations for pricing, item specifications, purchase terms, etc.
• Set up new supplier or vendor accounts for the company.
• Ensure suppliers adhere to company policies and regulations.
• Coordinate post-sales services for materials, services, and equipment with suppliers and vendors.
• Maintain organized records of purchases, pricing, invoices, and other essential data.
• Track and manage delivery timelines with vendors.
• Enforce the company's procurement policies and procedures.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by superiors or management.
