Job Description

The Role
We are seeking a high-performing International Sales Executive to drive the global expansion of our proprietary UAV solutions. You will be responsible for penetrating new international markets—specifically targeting the Agriculture, Cargo Logistics, and Defense/Surveillance sectors.

You will not just be selling hardware; you will be consulting with foreign governments, multinational logistics firms, and large-scale agricultural enterprises to integrate Alphaswift’s autonomous systems into their operations.

Key Responsibilities
1. International Market Expansion (B2B & B2G)

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in international markets (Southeast Asia, Middle East, Africa, etc.).
  • Promote specific product lines based on market needs:
    • Agriculture: High-capacity spraying drones for large-scale plantations.
    • Cargo: Middle-mile and last-mile delivery drones for logistics and healthcare.
    • Defense & Surveillance: Long-range fixed-wing VTOLs for border security and reconnaissance.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles with high-value clients, including government agencies and large conglomerates.

2. Distributor & Partner Management

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage international value-added resellers (VARs) and distributors.
  • Provide commercial guidance to partners to ensure they effectively represent the Alphaswift brand.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide support to close large-scale government tenders.

3. Consultative Selling

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients; understand their operational pain points and propose specific drone configurations to solve them.
  • Coordinate Proof of Concept (POC) trials abroad to demonstrate technical capability.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, managing the tender process from RFI to contract negotiation.

4. Brand Representation

  • Represent Alphaswift at major international aerospace, defense, and agriculture trade shows.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecasting using CRM tools.

Job Requirements

Mandatory Sales Experience

  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of direct B2B sales experience is required. Candidates without a track record of closing deals and managing sales cycles will not be considered.
  • International Exposure: Experience dealing with international clients, export regulations, or cross-border logistics is highly preferred.
  • Sector Relevance: Experience selling into Defense, Aviation, Heavy Equipment, Agriculture Technology, or Logistics is strongly desired.

Skills & Competencies

  • Language: Fluency in English is mandatory (written and spoken). Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Arabic, Bahasa Indonesia) is a significant advantage.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn technical specifications (payload capacity, flight range, sensors) and explain them to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Negotiation: Strong ability to negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with senior stakeholders.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel internationally frequently for client meetings, demos, and exhibitions.
