Working closely with a network of professional service partners across multiple markets, the firm delivers strategic advisory, coordination, and execution support.

This is a fully remote role with an Australia-based company, offering exposure to cross-border operations in a structured and professional WFH environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily service and operational activities to ensure timely delivery
• Act as the main point of contact between clients, internal teams, and external partners
• Manage service requests, follow-ups, and basic documentation
• Monitor task progress and ensure service timelines and expectations are met
• Assist with meeting scheduling, report preparation, and service record maintenance
• Communicate professionally with stakeholders in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, when required
• Provide general administrative and coordination support as needed
