Outsourced is looking for a skilled Mid-Level Salesforce Developer to join a growing engineering team focused on building custom applications on the Salesforce Core Platform. In this role, you will design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating closely with senior architects and global teams. This position offers a unique opportunity to work under the mentorship of a Certified Technical Architect (CTA), gaining exposure to enterprise-grade architecture, platform best practices, and scalable system design. 

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Development

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex including triggers, controllers, and asynchronous processing.
• Build modern and responsive user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Implement scalable solutions that align with platform best practices and technical architecture guidelines.

Front-End Development

• Develop high-performance user interfaces using modern web technologies including JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Utilize Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) to create consistent and intuitive user experiences.

Platform Optimization & Business Logic

• Leverage Salesforce core platform capabilities such as Flow, Platform Events, and Custom Metadata to implement business processes.
• Ensure code is optimized, bulkified, and aligned with Salesforce governor limits and security standards.

Integration & APIs

• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Support integration architecture to ensure seamless data exchange between platforms.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural planning sessions.
• Work closely with architects and engineering teams to maintain high coding standards and system performance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and platform enhancements.
