Key Account Manager- Fresheners Industry (Modern Trade / Retail Chains)

Location: Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
Salary: RM7,000 – RM10,000 per month
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:30am – 6:00pm | Saturday, 9:30am – 1:30pm (5.5 days/week)

Responsibilities

Lead and manage key retail accounts, especially Watsons, to drive sales and brand growth.
Develop and implement account strategies, trade promotions, and business plans.
Build strong relationships with buyers and partners to secure long-term business.
Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution.
Prepare forecasts, budgets, and business review reports.

Keperluan

Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
6–8 years FMCG/key account experience, with proven track record in handling Watsons.
Strong commercial, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficient in English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
Hands-on, analytical, and results-driven personality.
