Responsibilities

Analyze the company’s market segments using market research.
Develop the main idea of the marketing campaign.
Develop promotional tools for the marketing campaign.
Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor key activities and ensure the smooth execution of the marketing campaign.
Work with vendors and contractors on campaign communication materials such as posters, brochures and signage.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the marketing campaign using surveys and other tools.
Plan PR activities (e.g. product launch, roadshows) in accordance with timelines and budget requirements.
Coordinate event logistics and set-up of event venue.
Define social media marketing objectives and KPIs.
Draft social media content for various social media platforms.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the social media marketing using performance metrics

Keperluan

What we’re looking for

Min. SPM / Diploma in related field
At least 1 year experience in admin, sales support, or customer service preferred
Good verbal & written communication in English & local language
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Positive attitude, well-organized & detail-oriented
