The Role
We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Executive to elevate the Alphaswift brand globally. In this role, you will be the voice of our technology, translating complex engineering feats into compelling narratives that resonate with governments, agricultural enterprises, and logistics giants.

You will not just be managing social media; you will be crafting the story of how autonomous flight is changing the world, managing our presence at international aerospace exhibitions, and equipping our sales team with world-class collateral.

Key Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Creation

Develop high-impact B2B content, including case studies, white papers, blog posts, and press releases that highlight our technical superiority in Cargo, Agriculture, and Defense.
Manage the production of visual assets (photography and videography) of our drones in action to showcase flight capabilities and payload stability.
Translate technical specifications into clear, value-driven marketing messages for non-technical stakeholders.

2. Event Management & Trade Shows

Lead the planning and execution of Alphaswift’s participation in major international trade shows (e.g., LIMA, Commercial UAV Expo, Farnborough).
Manage booth design, logistics, merchandise, and on-ground brand activation to ensure a premium brand experience.
Coordinate product demonstrations in collaboration with the flight operations team.

3. Digital Marketing & Brand Presence

Manage Alphaswift’s corporate website and social media channels (specifically LinkedIn, YouTube, and X), driving engagement with industry decision-makers.
Execute targeted digital campaigns (SEM/SEO) to generate qualified leads for the sales team.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure Alphaswift remains positioned as a market leader.

4. Sales Enablement

Design and update sales decks, brochures, and product data sheets ensuring brand consistency.
Support the Business Development team with tender-specific documentation and presentation materials.

Keperluan

Experience & Education

Proven Experience: 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in Technology, Aviation, Engineering, or Manufacturing.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Skills & Competencies

Storytelling: Exceptional copywriting skills in English. You must be able to write professional, persuasive content for a global audience.
Event Coordination: Experience managing logistics for corporate events or trade show booths.
Digital Savvy: Proficiency with social media management tools, WordPress (or similar CMS), and Google Analytics.
Design Eye: Basic proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) to create quick assets or brief external designers effectively.
