Job Description
The client is a reputable group of consultancy companies aiming to provide one-stop financial advisory services in assisting growing of Start-ups and SMEs and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace. The group was established in 2005 with more than 15 years of experience, they have been working closely with a network of professional arms such as commercial banks, law firms, audit and accounting firms.
Position: Admin Executive
Location: KL
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Dealing with email enquiries
- Taking minutes
- Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
- Data entry (sales figures, document compilation etc.)
- General office management such as ordering stationary
- Organizing travel and accommodation for staff and customers
- Arranging both internal and external events
- Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts
- Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Financial Consultant and Senior Management
- HR task
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in administrative or office management experience
- Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and
- Adobe Acrobat
- Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
REMUNERATION PACKAGES:
Basic: MYR 2500-3000
EPF, SOCSO, EIS
