Position: Human Resource Executive (HR)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including payroll, recruitment, manpower planning, monitor staffs discipline, performance valuation, compensation & benefits & etc.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall objectives and business goals.
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process for all levels of employees, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
• Support annual performance management exercises.
