Job Description

Customer Journey & Shopify: Familiar with customer journey/flow and functionality like Shopify websites; optimize website experience to drive engagement, conversions, and retention.
Digital Campaigns: Assist in planning, executing, and analysing paid advertising campaigns on Google and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) to drive traffic, leads, and sales.
Marketing Automation: Help manage email marketing campaigns using integration tools such as Klaviyo; segment audiences, set up automated workflows, and track performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Manager and UK team to ensure campaign alignment, messaging consistency, and timely execution.
Product Promotion: Support the growth and visibility of the protein powder product through digital channels, social media content, email marketing, and e commerce initiatives.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor campaign KPIs, generate insights, and recommend optimization strategies for both website and paid campaigns.
Content Coordination: Assist in creating and coordinating digital content with internal teams or external vendors to ensure it meets brand standards and engages the target audience.
Market Research: Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing best practices to support innovation and growth strategies.
Customer Insights: Collect and analyse customer behaviour data to inform marketing strategies, improve user experience, and increase retention.

Job Requirements

Experience working with Shopify websites and understanding customer journey.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Klaviyo preferred).
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and international stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with results-driven focus.
Additional Advantage: Exposure to FMCG, health, or nutrition product marketing
