- Customer Journey & Shopify: Familiar with customer journey/flow and functionality like Shopify websites; optimize website experience to drive engagement, conversions, and retention.
- Digital Campaigns: Assist in planning, executing, and analysing paid advertising campaigns on Google and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) to drive traffic, leads, and sales.
- Marketing Automation: Help manage email marketing campaigns using integration tools such as Klaviyo; segment audiences, set up automated workflows, and track performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Manager and UK team to ensure campaign alignment, messaging consistency, and timely execution.
- Product Promotion: Support the growth and visibility of the protein powder product through digital channels, social media content, email marketing, and e commerce initiatives.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor campaign KPIs, generate insights, and recommend optimization strategies for both website and paid campaigns.
- Content Coordination: Assist in creating and coordinating digital content with internal teams or external vendors to ensure it meets brand standards and engages the target audience.
- Market Research: Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing best practices to support innovation and growth strategies.
- Customer Insights: Collect and analyse customer behaviour data to inform marketing strategies, improve user experience, and increase retention.
Keperluan
- Experience working with Shopify websites and understanding customer journey.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Klaviyo preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and international stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with results-driven focus.
- Additional Advantage: Exposure to FMCG, health, or nutrition product marketing
