Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Back-Office Administrator to support daily operations, financial processes, and executive tasks. This role is ideal for a high-performing individual who values accuracy, ownership, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Compliance

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain system records
  • Support tax documentation, lodgments, and compliance processes
  • Assist in payroll, reporting, and reconciliations

Operational Support

  • Prepare invoices and manage billing processes
  • Follow up with external parties for required information
  • Maintain strict digital file organization (cloud-based)

Executive & Ad-Hoc Support

  • Manage calendar, inbox, and travel arrangements
  • Assist with research, presentations, and content formatting
  • Support system improvements and special projects

Job Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
  • Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills
  • Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
  • Background in accounting, legal, or banking industries
  • Experience with Xero, MYOB, or similar software
  • Strong academic performance
