We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Back-Office Administrator to support daily operations, financial processes, and executive tasks. This role is ideal for a high-performing individual who values accuracy, ownership, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Compliance

Perform accurate data entry and maintain system records
Support tax documentation, lodgments, and compliance processes
Assist in payroll, reporting, and reconciliations

Operational Support

Prepare invoices and manage billing processes
Follow up with external parties for required information
Maintain strict digital file organization (cloud-based)

Executive & Ad-Hoc Support

Manage calendar, inbox, and travel arrangements
Assist with research, presentations, and content formatting
Support system improvements and special projects

Keperluan

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent English communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Background in accounting, legal, or banking industries
Experience with Xero, MYOB, or similar software
Strong academic performance
