Position: Payroll Specialist

Location: Banting

Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll including generating payroll report, e-payslip from payroll system, transfer salaries and statutory payments via online banking.
• Manage and maintain the entire HRMS core and strategic modules such as profiling, leave, claim, attendance, appraisal etc.
• Generate yearly EA forms and submit Form E via online.
• Provide advisory services to employees on matters related to payroll, e-leave or e-claims.
• Act as System Administrator for Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and to handle any enquiries related to the system.
• Provide assistance to the Payroll & HR Services Head in checking and verifying payroll transactions, benefits administration (e-leave, e-claims and Group Insurance Scheme) and HRMS management.
• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc HR analytics reports as and when required.
• Liaise with government agencies such as KWSP, SOCSO and LHDN etc.
• Handle any ad hoc assignment as and when required.
