Customer Success Senior Executive

Butiran Pekerjaan

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and expectations
Respond promptly to customer enquiries and ensure timely and accurate order processing
Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally, continuously improving overall customer experience
Manage operational tasks including:
Purchase order input
Shortage and rejection follow-up
Cut-off coordination
Delivery fee verification against MOQ requirements
Support upselling and cross-selling opportunities where appropriate
Collaborate effectively with the team and contribute ideas to improve processes and customer satisfaction

Keperluan

Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or B2B customer-facing roles

Industry Exposure (Preferred):

F&B, Groceries, Hotel, Manufacturing
Strong preference for experience in perishables and cold chain environments
Alternative Industry Exposure: Startups or eCommerce companies

Core Skills:

B2B customer handling
CRM system usage
Proactive and customer-focused approach
Strong discipline and punctuality
Hospitality mindset with a customer-centric attitude

Nice to Have:

Strong soft skills and communication ability
Good product and job knowledge
Sales or upselling background

Professional Conduct:

Must demonstrate professional communication and avoid the use of improper or non-formal language
