Handle inbound calls, emails, or chats from potential and existing customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Convert inquiries into sales opportunities through persuasive communication.
Provide accurate product information, pricing, and promotions.
Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to improve conversion rates.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.

Keperluan

Fluent English communication skills (both verbal & written).
Minimum 1 year experience in call center / sales / customer service.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude, motivated by targets and incentives.
Willing work as Rotational Shift.
